Step 1: Connect With An Agent
Connect with an agent and begin talking about your tailored preferences for your ideal home/real estate. In this meeting we will go over buying strategies for the current market and prepare a tailored plan around your homebuying goals.
Step 2: Get Pre-Approved
Securing a pre-approval for a home mortgage is a crucial step in the homebuying journey as it will offer a clear understanding of your budget. Being pre approved before looking at homes ensures a smoother and more efficient homebuying process.

Step 3: Begin House Hunting
Once you've been approved for a mortgage and you've connected with an agent to go over your preferences you can now begin House Hunting... As homes pop on to the market, let your agent know of any that you want to view and they will schedule the showings for you!
Step 4: Submit an Offer
Once you find a home that you want to pursue, our team will go over strategies with you so we can write the best possible offer. We will present your offer to the seller's and negotiate on your behalf to get you the best deal.
Step 5: Begin the Due Diligence Period
As soon as your offer is accepted you'll want to schedule a home inspection as you'll only have 10 days to have this completed. During these 10 days you'll have the ability to negotiate repairs, price reduction, or seller concessions if any. The appraisal will also take place during this due diligence period.
